Project management

During the construction phase, Amani Services will be responsible for ensuring that the project is being built according to the plans. Our construction manager will communicate with the contractor to oversee on-site project management, quality control, safety, and ensure that the contractors are following specifications. Our professional team will perform quality control inspections, respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), and generally ensure that the project is delivered by the contractor as designed. We will also monitor the budget and schedule to keep the project on track.
